What size vehicle do you have?
We have three Toyota Hiace Commuters with the capacity to carry up to 14 people.
How early do I need to book my trip?
We can provide pickup within an hour or less, depending on availability, but the earlier you book the better.
How do I make a booking?

How and when do I pay?
You can pay by cash or credit/ debit card. (there will be a $2.25 surge charge when using a debit or Master card).
Payment can also be done via PayPal or BPay.
Receipts are also issued on each transaction or by request.
Where are your operating areas?
We cover Perth Northern Suburbs, Perth CBD and Perth Airport.
Are your prices per car or per person?
Our prices are per vehicle for charter services or per person for shuttle services, but call us for a quote.
What is an Omnibus?
Any vehicle operating for Hire and Reward is required by the Western Australian Government to be licensed as an Omnibus.
In the price for the pickup, are car park payments included if delays occur?
Waiting time is free up to one hour after landing for charter bookings, after that payments will occur. If we do not hear from you up to one hour after the arrival time, the service will be voided and a cancellation fee of 50% of the original price will be charged.
Do you have set rates that you charge for Charter Services?
No, each charter requirement is different.
Do you hold an Omnibus Licence?
Yes, and we also have a charter licence that includes both passenger tours and passenger charters in a vehicle with 12 or more passenger seats.
What happens if there is a delay?
We will make every effort to ensure that drop-offs occur at specified times as per bookings, but delays such as heavy traffic and vehicle accidents cannot be scheduled for. If an alternative route is available, we will choose the fastest route to your destination.
In no way are FiFo ConneXion responsible for missed flights or events due to unscheduled events and traffic conditions.
When making bookings, ensure to take delays in considerations for your check-in times at the airport.
Do you have set fares that you charge for Airport Shuttle Services?
Shuttle fees are based on a fixed price as per time and date of request. See our price list.
Lost property
If an item is left on the bus and happens to be found by one of our staff it will be held in our lost property department at head office for collection once a description can be made confirming ownership.
Can our group be collected from different addresses?
Yes. But please inform us of this when booking as it helps plan your charter more accurately. Additional charges apply.
Do you provide transport for more than one group to and from the airport?
Yes. We offer a Charter Service and Shuttle service (we are not a Taxi) and so we can cater for more than 1 booking or group to and from the airport.
